Terms of service

Invoices must be paid immediately unless a payment plan was set up. If the payments are late, the commision will be canceled. If partial payments have been made, the buyer will receive art to match the amount. Failure to pay invoices on time or being late on a payment plan will result in the buyer being blacklisted.FURTHER INFO ON PAYMENT PLANS:

The first payment is due immediately upon receiving the invoice. The second payment can be made on a specified date.Please be available to respond within a timely manner so that I can finish my work in a reasonable amount of time. Failure to respond will result in the commission being postponed until the buyer returns. I may choose not to work with you in the future, if this happens frequently.
If I do not get a response within three weeks, I will finish the commission without feedback and send it to you. Unless I´ve been given a heads-up that you will be gone.I will slightly edit your OC´s colors to fit the lighting/atmosphere of the drawing. Harsh and bright colors will be toned down a bit to better fit my style.If I feel as though your character is out of my comfort zone, I will let you know.You will be provided with constant updates so I can get your input.
I usually work fast so please dont ask for updates constantly! I promise you´ll get WIPs in time.
Once I have started working on a piece, it usually takes 2-3 days before it´s finished.
Usually almost all pieces will be finished within the same month.If you notice that I have made a mistake, please tell me, I´ll gladly edit the art.NO MICROMANAGING!
You may not police my artstyle or my way of rendering drawings.
Be aware that my art style is more on the sketchy/painterly side.Extensive edits won´t be made once the commission is finished and I have your approval.
I may offer my own input if I feel like something is off, or an idea won´t quite work out, but it´s up to you to decide.Do not heckle me about future sales or discounts.
You may not get priority treatment unless you are willing to pay a rush fee of 40%. I work fast and everyone has to wait in my queue until it is their turn.I will notify you about delays or days where I won´t be able to work.
I usually do not work on commissions on weekends.
I try to be as transparent as possible, so feel free to ask questions.Anatomy on an approved sketch is final. I will only change the colors and shading from this point on. Any major changes after a sketch/lineart have been approved, will require an extra payment of 40€ +, unless i have clearly made a mistake or missed details from your reference.
